No Kings 3 - March 28, 2026
On Saturday, March 28, Indvisible Resisters Contra Costa along with Commit to Democracy and Indivisible Pleasant Hill are collaborating to bring the third No Kings event to Central Contra Costa County. Come out with friends and family for this peaceful demonstration to show that in the U.S., we have no kings, dictators or despots. Last October, close to 8,000 people showed up to No Kings in Walnut Creek’s Broadway Plaza and more than 2,000 people demonstrated in Pleasant Hill. Let’s make it even bigger in 2026.
Mark your calendar - events will be taking place in Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and throughout Contra Costa County.
Our plan is to hold kick-off rallies in Concord at 10:30 a.m. and Pleasant Hill at 11:30 a.m., and afterwards have people line up to form a 5-mile “solidarity” chain of protestors starting in Walnut Creek near Broadway Plaza on S. Main St. that continues up N. Main St. through Pleasant Hill on Contra Costa Blvd. to Sunvalley Shopping Center in Concord. For reference and ideas, here’s the MUST WATCH (because it’s just so amazing) No Kings human chain done on the Peninsula in June, 2024.
Check back here for more detailed information on how you can participate and how to volunteer. It’s vital that you show up and be part of No Kings 3 - Let's reach the tipping point of RESISTANCE!
